Training follows a fixed weekly schedule at TrainMore Singel, tailored to your goals and experience level. This option is ideal if you’re ready to commit to your training and build sustainable results over time.

Session packages are available if you need more flexibility or prefer a short-term commitment.

We train together at TrainMore, following a personalised approach based on your goals and current level, but without a fixed weekly structure. Packages are ideal if you want to try personal training, need flexibility in your schedule, or are not ready for a monthly membership.

Packages are limited and not designed for long-term planning. If consistency and ongoing progress are your priority, a membership will always be the most suitable option.

Online Coaching

Online coaching is designed for clients who train independently and want guidance, structure, and accountability, wherever they are.

You receive a personalised training program along with regular online check-ins to review your progress, adjust your training, and stay consistent. This option is ideal if you prefer to train on your own, travel often, or are unable to train in person.

Coaching support is provided for the agreed coaching period following purchase. Continued support or program updates require a new purchase.

Best for independent training with guidance and accountability.
